With 25+ years of business experience throughout the Commonwealth, Dan and Lauren bring complementary strengths in operations, finance, and strategic leadership.
Together, they offer a practical, people-first approach to business continuity—ensuring well-run companies remain strong contributors to the communities they serve.

Lauren brings over a decade of experience leading complex technical teams and delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced environments. She has grown from an entry-level contributor within a startup environment into a senior leader, establishing strategy through the management of multiple teams and overseeing delivery of high-quality projects across cross-functional domains.
Her expertise spans team development, operational coordination, and continuous process improvement, with a consistent focus on enhancing both efficiency and employee experience. Comfortable across all levels, Lauren specializes in close collaboration with leaders to align project execution with strategic priorities and client expectations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College, combining analytical rigor with business acumen to drive meaningful outcomes.

Dan brings over a decade of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in both institutional and public sector environments. His background spans program strategy, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement—expertise refined through prior roles at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the MBTA, where he led high-impact projects focused on sustainability, operational efficiency, and clean energy infrastructure.
As a collaborative partner and trusted advisor, Dan strives to optimize process efficiency, advance strategic objectives, and deliver meaningful results. His proactive, solutions-oriented approach ensures effective project management and drives organizational effectiveness.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA with a focus in Business Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has established a deep understanding of how physical assets, operational systems, and financial performance intersect—enabling him to identify efficiency opportunities, manage risk, and drive lasting business value.
